Rental Agreement for Rentify<\/b><\/h1>

<\/p>

1. Subject of the Agreement<\/b><\/h3>

This Rental Agreement is entered into between Rentify<\/b> (the “Owner”) and the individual or entity (the “Renter”) identified during the checkout process. The Owner agrees to rent high-performance laptops and professional tablets to the Renter under the terms specified herein.<\/p>

2. Equipment Delivery & Inspection<\/b><\/h3>

  • Delivery:<\/b> The Owner will deliver the hardware to the address provided in the Secure Rental Portal<\/b>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Inspection:<\/b> Upon receipt, the Renter must inspect the device immediately for any pre-existing physical damage. Any discrepancies must be reported to our technical support within 4 hours of delivery; otherwise, the device is deemed to be in perfect working condition.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Ownership & Restrictions<\/b><\/h3>

    • Non-Transferable:<\/b> This agreement is for the exclusive use of the Renter. Sub-leasing or transferring the high-end hardware to third parties is strictly prohibited.<\/p><\/li>

    • No Modifications:<\/b> The Renter shall not install illegal software, modify the operating system BIOS, or attempt to repair the hardware internally.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Maintenance & Data Protection<\/b><\/h3>

      • Maintenance:<\/b> Rentify provides full technical maintenance for all rental devices during the agreed term.<\/p><\/li>

      • Data Security:<\/b> At the end of the rental term, the Renter is responsible for removing all personal files. Following return, Rentify will execute a certified data sanitization process to ensure complete privacy for the next user.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Return Logistics & Late Fees<\/b><\/h3>

        • Return Process:<\/b> The Renter must have the device ready for pickup or ship it back using the provided labels by the end of the rental period.<\/p><\/li>

        • Late Returns:<\/b> If the hardware is not returned on time, a daily penalty fee of 20% of the daily rental rate will be applied and deducted from the security deposit.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          6. Loss & Total Damage<\/b><\/h3>
