Rental Agreement for Rentify

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Rental Agreement is entered into between Rentify (the “Owner”) and the individual or entity (the “Renter”) identified during the checkout process. The Owner agrees to rent high-performance laptops and professional tablets to the Renter under the terms specified herein.

2. Equipment Delivery & Inspection

• Delivery: The Owner will deliver the hardware to the address provided in the Secure Rental Portal.

• Inspection: Upon receipt, the Renter must inspect the device immediately for any pre-existing physical damage. Any discrepancies must be reported to our technical support within 4 hours of delivery; otherwise, the device is deemed to be in perfect working condition.

3. Ownership & Restrictions

• Non-Transferable: This agreement is for the exclusive use of the Renter. Sub-leasing or transferring the high-end hardware to third parties is strictly prohibited.

• No Modifications: The Renter shall not install illegal software, modify the operating system BIOS, or attempt to repair the hardware internally.

4. Maintenance & Data Protection

• Maintenance: Rentify provides full technical maintenance for all rental devices during the agreed term.

• Data Security: At the end of the rental term, the Renter is responsible for removing all personal files. Following return, Rentify will execute a certified data sanitization process to ensure complete privacy for the next user.

5. Return Logistics & Late Fees

• Return Process: The Renter must have the device ready for pickup or ship it back using the provided labels by the end of the rental period.

• Late Returns: If the hardware is not returned on time, a daily penalty fee of 20% of the daily rental rate will be applied and deducted from the security deposit.

6. Loss & Total Damage

In the event of theft, total loss, or irreparable damage to the high-performance laptops or tablets, the Renter agrees to pay the full current market value of the hardware plus any outstanding rental fees.
